Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia team at a community hospital in Rutland, Vermont. You will work with CAAs and CRNAs in a supportive, team-oriented environment on a full-time day shift with regular weekday call.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia evaluations, administering general/regional/MAC anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, post-anesthesia care, and close collaboration with surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and plan anesthesia care.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor intraoperative status and maintain hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts/month).
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
