CareerNerds, LLC in Rutland, Vermont, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider at a community hospital. This is a full-time, day-shift role with an average 3–4 weekday call shifts per month in a collaborative environment with CAAs and CRNAs.

The candidate will perform preoperative evaluations, administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia, monitor intraoperative hemodynamics, and provide

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.
• ACLS certification (or eligible).

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation per hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards.
