Talent Solutions Partners in Rutland, Vermont seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established anesthesia team providing services at a community hospital. This full-time position features day shifts with 3–4 weekday call shifts per month in a collaborative, CAAs/CRNAs-guided environment.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Current ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based anesthesia model.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC).
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month on average).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards.
