Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital in Rutland, Vermont. The role emphasizes collaboration with CAAs and CRNAs in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will perform general, regional, and MAC anesthesia, conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, and participate in a weekday call schedule, with a

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain.

Mansioni

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month on average)
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards
