Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center in North Carolina is seeking an Anesthesia Tech to provide support to anesthesia providers under the direction of an anesthesiologist or CRNA. This PRN 8-hour shift position focuses on maintaining anesthesia supplies and equipment.

Duties include stocking anesthesia supplies in the operating room and related areas, maintaining equipment and monitors, and assisting with patient care to support safe, efficient anesthesia services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is standard in the field.
• Experience in an operating room or anesthesia setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Stocks all anesthesia supplies in the operating room, L&D, and supply rooms.
• Maintains anesthesia equipment such as machines, ventilators, monitors.
• Assists with patient care in the perioperative environment.
