Frye Regional Medical Center in North Carolina is seeking an Anesthesia Tech for PRN 8-hour shifts to support anesthesia providers and maintain supplies and equipment in OR, L&D, and related rooms.

Responsibilities include stocking anesthesia materials, maintaining machines and monitors, and assisting with patient care. Qualifications include a high school diploma and BLS certification, with competency in at least three specialty areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Competent in at least 3 specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Stocks all anesthesia supplies in the operating room, L&D, and all anesthesia supply rooms.
• Maintains equipment such as anesthesia machines, ventilators, cardiac monitors, fluid warmers, end-tidal CO2 and pulse oximeters.
• Assists with patient care.
