Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Practice Manager for the Indy Metro Anesthesia leadership team. The role coordinates administrative, operational, scheduling, and workforce management to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.

The position serves as a liaison across anesthesia providers, leadership, HR, compliance, and billing. Hybrid onsite work is required, with two days on site weekly, and prior leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Knowledge of third party payer regulations.
• Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred with 2 years of concurrent management experience in ambulatory/physician practice setting.
• At least three years of prior experience in a business office and clinical setting with management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate anesthetist onboarding, offboarding and orientation.
• Manage workforce scheduling including call and vacation selections.
• Administer Qgenda scheduling and related systems.
• Support anesthetist compensation administration and calculations.
