Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years scheduling experience in hospital/surgery center.
• 2-3 years supervisory/leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Prior anesthesia scheduling experience preferred.
• Certification in medical terminology is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise scheduling department staff, including hiring and training.
• Maintain policies, ensure compliance, and conduct reviews.
• Ensure daily in-house schedules are completed timely.
• Provide regular reports to leadership.
• Assist with budget guidance and staffing coverage.
