Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Requires knowledge of third-party payer regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Prefer a Master's degree in Health Care Administration or a related field with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Anesthetist onboarding, offboarding, and orientation coordination.
• Workforce scheduling administration and call/vacation processes.
• Qgenda system administration and schedule management.
• Anesthetist compensation administration and calculation support.
• Human resources coordination including FMLA, benefits, and employee support.
• Operational reporting and Power BI analytics for workforce data.
• Compliance, billing, and regulatory liaison activities.
• Medical directorship tracking and reporting.
• Student rotation scheduling and educational support coordination.
• Office operations and administration support.
