Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in physician recruitment, healthcare staffing, or locum tenens recruitment.
• Leadership or team management experience (2+ years) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of locum tenens staffing models, credentialing, and provider assignment management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for locums recruitment activities across Tenet facilities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for locum physicians and APPs.
• Partner with hospital leadership and staffing partners to address coverage needs.
• Oversee recruitment pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and vendor performance.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and other systems for reporting and compliance.
