Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new locum tenens opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers (e.g., medical directors, practice managers, HR leaders).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Conduct initial needs assessments to understand facility staffing gaps and timelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align candidates with client needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sourcing and pipeline generation targets.
