Zusammenfassung

Faith Health is seeking an Ancillary Application Analyst to coordinate resources and bridge IT with clinical business owners. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, implementing technology solutions for ancillary clinical applications, and ensuring interoperability across systems.

The analyst will design workflows, investigate issues, develop reports, and support clinical operations, with a requirement for HL7/LIS/RIS exposure and experience with clinical applications.

Qualifikationen

Associate degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with HL7, LIS and/or RIS required.
Experience supporting clinical applications required.
English language reading, writing and speaking required.

Aufgaben

Liaison between IT and clinical departments to ensure effective collaboration.
Workflow optimization with clinical staff to resolve operational issues.
Oversee implementation, maintenance and improvement of clinical applications (Infinitt, Clinisys, Polysmith Sleep Lab, Masimo DCX, BD pharmacy products, Phillips monitoring systems).
Coordinate system upgrade testing with technical staff, clinical departments and software vendors.
Design, build and validate clinical reports; complete Epic Cogito reporting certification within one year.
Monitor interface error queues and collaborate with clinical leaders to resolve.
Demonstrate strong analytical troubleshooting abilities.
