Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking an Application Analyst to ensure our software tools function effectively for staff across clinics and offices. You will gather user requirements, configure applications, coordinate with vendors, and document processes to improve workflow efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or data analytics and at least three years of healthcare IT experience. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• Three years of experience or training, with experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify functional requirements for agency software applications with end users.
• Assist in configuration and ongoing development of agency software applications.
• Serve as liaison to vendors of agency software applications.
• Communicate requirements to internal and external developers.
• Provide Tier II technical support.
• Develop training materials and staff instructions.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation.
