Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an IT Applications Analyst to empower our community through development, deployment, and support of vendor proprietary enterprise application software. You will analyze software functionality, align it with clinical, financial, and business workflows, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

This role requires understanding project management practices and an ability to lead low-to-moderate complexity projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Healthcare, consulting, or IT related experience demonstrating an advanced understanding of the standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures used in deployment and development of application software.
• 5 years of Healthcare, consulting, or IT related experience at an advanced level.
• Willingness to travel to HonorHealth sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user issues, workflow problems, and enhancement requests for departmental users and stakeholders.
• Analyze business operations to inform design decisions and prioritize changes.
• Lead low to moderate complexity projects and manage tasks under PMO guidelines.
• Collaborate with vendor applications support personnel and IT staff to maintain standards and documentation.
• Support testing, deployment, and change management activities for new/updated applications.
