North Wind Group seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to manage construction activities at the Anchorage site, ensuring quality and production meet contract specs and schedules. The role requires on-site presence, coordination with subs, suppliers, and clients, and adherence to federal installation requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior on-site roles on large renovations, strong leadership, and thorough knowledge of safety standards and codes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma with 10+ years as a superintendent or lead on large multi-trade renovations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate requirements across staff and subcontractors.
• Self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Clear English communication, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and codes; able to adapt to constant change.
• Experience with project controls including schedules and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps the project on schedule by planning, organizing, and monitoring work.
• Prepares schedules and assists with pay estimates and look-ahead planning.
• Ensures timely delivery of materials and coordinates subcontractors on site.
• Reads and interprets drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Leads weekly progress meetings and supports QC activities.
• Supervises on-site trades; ensures work meets plans and quality standards.
