STG Pacific LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi‑complex construction projects onsite in Anchorage, AK. You will oversee planning, execution, and financials, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery for federal and commercial clients.

The role requires a strong leader capable of coordinating design/build and design/bid‑build approaches, managing subcontractors, and mentoring junior staff within a growing company that values safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management including scheduling, budgeting, procurement.
• Familiarity with government contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all awarded project aspects: estimating, bidding, reporting, client interface, timeline, and daily oversight.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and bids.
• Ensure design-build/design-management plans meet budget and specs.
• Staff projects with qualified candidates per job requirements.
• Manage submittals, change requests, and document control.
• Monitor plans, permits, RFIs, and design change requests.
• Procure materials, schedule resources, oversee subcontractors and equipment.
• Track budgets, time, and expenses; report progress to clients and leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Mentor project staff and participate in management meetings.
