Job summary

Stampede Ventures, Inc. in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of complex projects per the SOW. You will coordinate all construction phases, manage RSMeans-based estimating, and drive safety and daily reporting with the PM and Site Safety Officer.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in construction with a preference for Federal/DOD work; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 30 training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction with a preference for Federal/DOD work.
• Strong communication, computer literacy, and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• On-site implementation and coordination of project plans per the SOW.
• Schedule and execute all phases of construction.
• Estimating experience including RSMeans.
• Attend regular internal and external tailgate meetings with project health and safety.
• Prepare daily reports with the Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM.
• Review and processing of project submittals.
• Active role in daily, weekly, and monthly on-site meetings with staff.
• Coordinate with on-site subs.
