Aleut Federal is seeking a Site Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Safety Officer to provide daily onsite oversight of construction activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with contract documents and budgets.

The role emphasizes quality control, safety compliance, and proactive coordination with clients and project teams to deliver projects successfully and document closeout requirements.

Qualificações

• Ten years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
• Experience with federal contracting processes and OSHA 1910/1926.
• Ability to read prints, plans, schedules, and inspections.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven leadership in managing subcontractors and interfacing with clients.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite supervision of construction activities, subcontractors, and daily field operations.
• Develop look-ahead schedules, scopes of work for subcontracts, and procurement planning.
• Oversee quality control program and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure incident reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure on-time completion and proper closeout documents.
