Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading construction teams.
• Success in client relationships.
• Specific roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across cost, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Lead project startup, execution, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategies for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Accurate cost forecasting for project completion.
• Provide leadership and development to the project team.
• Final say in resolution of problems.
• QA/QC plans.
• Identify issues to the Program Manager to ensure project success.
• Review and approve preliminary schedules and cost projections.
• Ensure construction site rules and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
