Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an Insights & Analytics Consultant to partner with leaders across Consumer Banking, Growth Studio, and enterprise teams. You will transform complex data into actionable insights to influence strategy, improve customer experiences, and drive business performance.

Lead analytics initiatives from discovery to insight generation, measuring outcomes and guiding data-driven decisions. Mentor analysts and promote best practices in visualization and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics to measure business outcomes.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and evaluate experiments, test‑and‑learn strategies, and measurement frameworks.
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools using Power BI.
