Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Marketing Performance & Business Insights professional to drive strategic decision-making through analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.

You will partner with Marketing leadership, Finance, and BI teams to develop reporting, analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes, shaping how marketing performance is measured across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, marketing performance, reporting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing performance reports, dashboards, and executive-level metrics.
• Analyze campaign, budget, and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Business Intelligence, and business stakeholders to align reporting and measurement strategies.
• Support the development of enterprise marketing dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Establish and improve reporting processes that support a growing marketing organization.
