• Own end-to-end value tracking framework for the enterprise value creation program.
• Maintain and evolve tools and methodologies to track initiative pipeline, savings realization, and performance vs targets.
• Structure and deliver executive-ready reporting on value creation pipeline, performance vs targets, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with VCO Finance to align value tracking with P&L impact and enterprise reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
