Job summary

IGT Finance Sr. Director – Transformation Office is a full-time role in a hybrid setting (Partial remote, option; Las Vegas, NV).

The position leads enterprise-wide transformation financial strategy, governance, and performance management, ensuring savings and investments are embedded into budgets and forecasts. You will serve as the single financial truth for the enterprise value creation program, partnering with Corporate Finance, FP&A, and Controllership to deliver measurable P&L and cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or transformation finance in a complex, multi-initiative environment.
• Proven experience integrating cost savings and investments into budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong command of P&L, cash flow, and capital vs. operating expense mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive-level communication/presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA or MBA preferred.
• Experience in PE-backed portfolio companies, merger integration.
• Experience supporting technology, digital initiatives and resulting technology financials and capital/operating spend.

Responsibilities

• Establish the finance strategy, governance, and performance management of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary connection between the VCO and Finance; embed savings and investments into budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, monthly reporting, and close processes.
• Be the single source of financial truth for the enterprise value creation program; ensure initiatives translate into measurable P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impact.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, and functional leaders to establish durable processes and accountability.
• Build trusted relationships across Finance and functional leadership while maintaining independence and financial integrity.
