Job summary

IGT is seeking a Manager of Business Operations to oversee financial, regulatory, and administrative activities in a fast-paced gaming environment. You will partner with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and process improvements while managing staff and vendors.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience in business operations and strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in business operations, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting support, compliance, or operational management.
• Strong experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, expense management, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with financial planning, operational analysis, reporting, and business decision‑making.
• Previous supervisory/people leadership experience required, including coaching, performance management, workload prioritization, and employee development.
• Experience overseeing billing operations, financial controls, or related operational processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, regulatory reporting, billing, staff, vendors, and process improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and improve processes, controls, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high‑activity environment.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
• Oversee billing operations for accuracy, timeliness, and contractual requirements.
• Build an accountable, collaborative, high‑performing team.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost‑saving initiatives.
