Qualifications

• Demonstrated program ownership of analytics or data work across multiple parallel streams.
• Strong analytical rigor with SQL, dbt, data warehouses, and BI tooling to self-do the work when needed.
• Systems-builder instinct: create repeatable processes, standards, and enforcement.
• Proven cross-functional influence with partners in platform, engineering and architecture.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and at scale, re-establishing ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of coherent, high-quality analytics products across multiple solutions, on time and maintainable.
• Increase build-and-ship velocity by enforcing analytics standards and AI-assisted ways of working with data eng, BI, and product teams.
• Manage solution analytics leads, scope work across solutions and unblock people.
• Partner with platform and semantic architecture owners to shape BI platform and semantic layer.
• Stay hands-on as needed to unblock the team and keep craft standards.
