CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization is expanding its Product team to advance AI-powered analytics across clinical and claims data. The Senior Technical Product Manager will partner with data scientists and engineers to bring AI/ML products from concept to production, shaping policies and workflows for clinician use.

Ideal candidates will have data literacy, ML Ops familiarity, and experience aligning business value with technical delivery, while navigating a complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years working cross‑functionally with ML Engineering and Data Science.
• 2 years Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years working with AI, data analytics or data products.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specifications for Data Science, Engineering and Leadership teams.
• Support teams to implement features by clarifying requirements and facilitating discussions.
• Prioritize trade‑offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
