Job summary

Medidata seeks a Product Analytics Associate to bridge Product, Data Science, Client Delivery, and Sales. Lead initiatives for study insights, data quality, and AI predictive models. Support pre-sales and client engagements with actionable analytics.

You will collaborate across Data Engineering, Product Owners, Data Operations, and Client Delivery, driving metrics and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with Bachelor's, or 3+ years with a Master's in structured/scientific environments.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and concepts (Python, SQL, R).
• A data-driven approach to understanding complex issues.
• Product or Project Management experience to oversee metric development and cross-functional roadmap alignment.
• Ability to interface with internal stakeholders and clients to create actionable self-service analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• New Insights Development: explore internal data sources to develop actionable insights and metrics.
• Metric Refinement: enhance product metrics for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• AI Development: define and own product requirements for predictive models with Data Science.
