Qualifications

• Demonstrated program ownership of analytics or data work across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Hands-on depth in SQL, dbt, modern data warehouses, and BI tooling.
• Systems-builder instinct to create repeatable processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics products across solutions, ensuring stability and maintainability.
• Improve velocity by enforcing analytics standards and building AI-ready context.
• Manage analytics leads and coordinate work across solutions to keep teams unblocked.
• Partner with platform/semantic owners to shape BI platform and metric layer for self-service analytics.
• Remain hands-on on the toughest problems and model the craft when needed.
