Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Analytics & Behavior Change organization. You will shape AI‑powered analytics features, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and drive product strategy and delivery across clinical data workflows.

You will lead requirements, establish data contracts, monitor product performance, and align roadmaps with clinical value and business goals. A healthy mix of product leadership and ML knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years working cross‑functionally with Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science.
• 2 years Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, data products, or clinical/claims data.
• 2+ years in a complex stakeholder environment and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specifications for Data Science, Engineering and Leadership teams.
• Support engineering and data science to implement features while clarifying requirements.
• Facilitate prioritization across teams, balancing speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
• Develop go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
