Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered analytics for clinical workflows and clinician support. You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to bring data-driven insights from idea to production, balancing speed, accuracy, and value across healthcare delivery.

You will shape requirements, define success metrics, and lead a cross-functional team through iterative development while engaging executives and stakeholders to maximize care

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with ML Eng and Data Science.
• 2+ years Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, or clinical/claims data.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to both clinicians and technical teams.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience with QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, and specifications for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Support DS/Engineering to implement features and clarify requirements.
• Lead prioritization and trade-offs across teams with focus on speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians to validate model results and quantify value.
• Track product performance metrics to drive ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead a Scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
