Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a closely related field required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, financial planning, or a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational reporting, analysis, and KPI development.
• Analyze restaurant profitability, operating results, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Operations leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes through technology, automation, and AI.
• Support analytical reporting and growth initiatives for Hardee's, Biscuits & Bird, and Scooter's.
• Supervise and develop the Financial Analyst position.
