• Deep financial acumen with a proven track record of analyzing P&Ls, margins and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track financial, operational, and project-level metrics.
• Analyze project profitability, bookings, backlog conversion, and customer/vendor trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish KPI standardization and benchmarking across operating companies to highlight outliers and share best practices.
• Streamline and automate recurring FP&A reporting to reduce manual workload and increase strategic partnering capacity.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and regional finance teams to ensure data integrity and drive adoption of analytical tools.

They are seeking a strategic Manager of Finance Analytics to join their team. In this highly visible role, you will bridge the gap between finance and data, transforming complex operational datasets into actionable insights for leadership. You will play a crucial part in standardizing performance reporting, building scalable business intelligence tools, and optimizing FP&A processes across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Intelligence & Dashboards: Design and deploy scalable reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track financial, operational, and project-level metrics.
• Deep-Dive Analytics: Analyze project profitability, bookings, backlog conversion, and customer/vendor trends to identify risks, forecast revenue, and highlight margin opportunities.
• KPI Standardization & Benchmarking: Establish consistent performance metrics and scorecards across all operating companies to highlight outliers and share best practices.
• Process Automation: Streamline and automate recurring FP&A reporting, reducing manual workload and increasing the team's capacity for strategic partnership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and regional finance teams to ensure data integrity and drive the adoption of new analytical tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field a plus
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business analytics, or strategic finance.
