Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking high-potential graduates for its Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP), a 4–5 year, multi-rotation program across Analytics, Data Science, and AI teams. You will rotate through technical depth and business-impact assignments, mentored by coaches and sponsors to shape your leadership trajectory.

Based in Bloomfield, CT with hybrid work, the program develops fundamentals in analytics, AI, and product leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, ML, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience applying statistical or ML methods through coursework, research, internships, or roles.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, and SQL for structured data.
• Familiarity with experimental design and analytical evaluation (A/B testing, model assessment).
• Exposure to AI concepts and tooling, including generative AI and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled analytics solutions using statistics, ML, and experimentation.
• Develop fluency with AI by leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate problem solving.
• Build end-to-end AI-powered products from problem to deployed solution.
• Translate analytics into adopted solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
• Work with healthcare data under governance standards to build responsible analytics.
