Job summary

The Cigna Group invites applicants to join the Operations Leadership Development Program, a 3-year full-time rotational track designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals. The program offers cross-functional exposure across Core Operations, Improvement and Delivery, and other areas, with a hybrid work style (3 days in-office/week) and multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Seniors currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration or related business field or relevant professional/hands-on experience required.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
• At least one internship or relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support critical operational processes that impact end-to-end client/customer/provider experiences.
• Create reliable reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into operational processes and performance.
• Influence partners and build alignment across a matrixed environment.
• Support governance, performance management, and operational planning activities.
• Improve processes through project leadership, team leadership, or operational execution.
• Lead or support teams responsible for delivering operational outcomes.
