Job summary

The Cigna Group, together with its wholly owned subsidiary Evernorth, is seeking highly motivated graduate students to join the Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP) as Summer 2027 Interns in Bloomfield, CT.

This 12-week internship combines real-world analytics with leadership development, including mentorship, professional growth, and exposure to healthcare data strategies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience through internships, co-ops, research assistantships or applied projects involving analytics, data science, statistics, or quantitative modeling.

Responsibilities

• Work on analytics projects with mentorship and exposure to leadership.
• Develop predictive models and apply ML techniques to real business problems.
• Analyze drivers of costs and other health care trends to inform decisions.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
