Qualifications

• MBA or CPA credential required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, analytics, strategy, or related business function.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven technology to improve business analysis or decision-making.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex information.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor insights for partners and executives.
• Ability to adapt across functions in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial data, business trends, and market insights into clear recommendations for leaders.
• Contribute to rotations across FP&A, corporate finance, accounting/audit, risk, underwriting, corporate development, and data analytics.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve financial modeling and increase speed/quality of decision support.
• Partner across finance, business, and operations to solve ambiguous problems and connect performance to priorities.
• Prepare executive-ready materials communicating findings, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Build technical, leadership, and healthcare industry expertise through rotations and mentorship.
