Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking candidates for the Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP), a 4-5 year, rotation-based development track in analytics, data science, and AI. Program targets recent graduates and early-career professionals eager to apply academic knowledge to real-world healthcare analytics problems.

You'll rotate through AI, data science, and product-focused roles, mentored by experts, and gain leadership experience while influencing healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, ML, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience applying statistical or ML methods through coursework, research, internships, or roles.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, and SQL for structured data.
• Familiarity with experimental design and analytics evaluation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
• Exposure to modern AI concepts and tooling, incl. generative AI and AI-assisted development.
• Recommended: Experience with AI-assisted builder tools and demonstrable projects.
• Experience building end-to-end solutions from idea to usable output.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled analytics solutions using statistics, ML, and experiments.
• Collaborate with AI tools to accelerate problem solving and development.
• Develop AI-powered products end-to-end from prototypes to deployed solutions.
• Translate analytics into adopted solutions with cross-functional teams and clear communication.
• Work with sensitive healthcare data under governance standards and learn healthcare economics.
