Job summary

The Cigna Group in the United States is launching the Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP), a 4-5 year leadership track with three rotations across analytics, data science, and AI teams. You will build AI-enabled analytics, prototype AI-powered products, and partner across teams to deliver impactful solutions in healthcare and business.

You will work in a hybrid schedule across Bloomfield, CT; Morris Plains, NJ; or Raleigh, NC, and rotate through technical and business-impact

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quantitative fields is required or strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with statistics or ML methods through projects or roles.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R and SQL for structured data.
• Familiarity with experimental design and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled analytics solutions using statistical methods and ML.
• Work with AI-assisted tools to accelerate problem solving and analytics.
• Develop end-to-end AI-powered products from prototype to adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to frame problems and communicate insights.
• Handle healthcare data with governance standards and understand economics and operations.
