Blue Bottle Coffee seeks an analytics leader to turn cafe, digital, and product data into actionable insights. You will set the analytics roadmap, partner with Engineering on data infrastructure, and deliver dashboards for the entire business.

This remote role prefers Pacific Time candidates but requires travel to Blue Bottle locations as needed. You will lead AI-driven reporting using Claude, work with Cafe Operations, Digital & Product, and Engineering, and translate data into decisions that

Formación

• 6+ years of analytics, data science, or BI experience in hospitality/retail/food & beverage.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with modern data/BI tools and ERP/planning systems.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to speed analysis and enable self-serve insights.
• Experience with POS, loyalty, or digital ordering data and experiment design.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions and levels.
• Genuine passion for exceptional coffee and guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define analytics roadmap with Engineering for a single source of truth.
• Lead AI reporting and analytics to enable quick action by management.
• Oversee guest analytics across app, ordering, subscriptions, and loyalty.
• Build dashboards and tools for Cafe Operations to track sales, traffic, and labor.
• Partner with Digital & Product to design and evaluate experiments.
• Analyze menu mix, pricing, and launch performance for product decisions.
• Support planning and forecast with data-driven senior leadership recommendations.
