Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Collections & Recoveries Analyst to own the Canadian post-delinquency lifecycle, covering digital and outbound collections, third-party agency placements, and post-charge-off recoveries.

You will work with Product, Legal and Compliance to meet provincial and federal rules, analyze performance, quantify impact, and drive data-driven improvements, with remote-Canada eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in credit risk, collections, or recoveries strategy analytics in consumer lending.

Responsibilities

• Own the Canadian post-delinquency lifecycle: digital and outbound collections, third-party agency placement, and post-charge-off recoveries.
• Own recoveries strategy and performance analytics: recovery rates, cost-to-collect, placement mix, liquidation curves, and vendor scorecards.
• Set and iterate the Canadian collections and recoveries strategy across delinquency, roll rates, agency performance, and charge-off outcomes.
• Take collections and recoveries initiatives from hypothesis to launch and measured impact.
• Work with Product, Legal and Compliance so that each treatment complies with Canada’s regulatory landscape.
• Partner with collections and recoveries teams across geographies, especially the US, for cross-market leverage.
