You will translate data into insights and guide executives while collaborating with strategy, creative, media and account teams to drive outcomes.

You'll mentor staff and shape analytics strategy, identifying innovative solutions to strengthen client results and expand Zeno's data capabilities across the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics programs for diverse client portfolios.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Strategy & Client Leadership: Develop measurement strategies and analytics frameworks that align with client objectives.
• Measurement & Performance Insights: Lead analytics programs across paid, earned and owned channels, translating data into insights.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Oversee dashboards and reports to clearly communicate performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, media and account teams to integrate analytics.
• Innovation & Analytics Solutions: Identify new measurement approaches and technologies.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members and foster collaboration.
• Business Growth & Capability Development: Support business development by communicating analytics value.
