Job summary

Zenith Analytics, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an Associate Director to lead analytics initiatives for client campaigns. You will mentor Managers and Senior Analysts, oversee project roadmaps, and translate data into actionable recommendations while partnering with Strategy, Investment, and Data Governance teams.

Strong communication, six+ years in analytics with at least three in management, and experience with digital media metrics are required.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Analytics.
3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (STEM, Economics, Marketing/Advertising).
Agency experience and knowledge of Marketing/Advertising industries are required.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Experience with digital media metrics and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics initiatives and data strategy for client campaigns.
Mentor Managers and Senior Analysts; oversee team workload and performance.
Own learning agendas, measurement plans, and reporting for assigned lines of business.
Collaborate with Strategy, Investment, Operations, Data Governance, and Engineering teams.
Identify and implement innovative analytics solutions and optimizations.
Represent the analytics team to external clients as a lead advisor.
