Hex Technologies seeks a seasoned data professional to shape data strategy and monetization aligning with Growth. You will influence sales POC performance, trials, and product-led pricing initiatives while partnering with Growth to maximize product value.

You will work across data analysis, modeling, and AI-assisted workflows to empower data teams and drive Hex adoption. Expect a high-ownership, collaborative environment in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a data analytics role (analyst, analytics engineer, or data scientist) and a track record of business impact.
• Strong SQL and dbt knowledge with experience maintaining data warehouses and ELT pipelines.
• Comfort with experimenting with tools and workflows in AI-enabled environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze determines for successful sales POC or self-serve trials of the product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional growth squad to improve product-led-sales strategy.
• Evaluate and evolve monetization approaches alongside the product roadmap.
• Test and adopt new tools and workflows, and train teammates on Hex.
