DoiT is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Business Intelligence team. This remote role (Mexico/Colombia; LATAM contractors) overlaps US time zones and participates in a governance-driven data platform used across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR.

You’ll own day-to-day platform engineering, code-quality, and testing for reliable data delivery. Collaboration with BI analysts and engineers across the business is required, reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI engineering.
• Proven ability delivering data models that other teams depend on.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Responsabilités

• Own platform engineering and CI/CD upkeep for the data platform.
• Build, test, and maintain data models and pipelines powering dashboards and reporting.
• Manage data infrastructure as code (BigQuery, Terraform).
• Own data access governance and RBAC expansion.
• Improve platform reliability with tests, observability, and monitoring.
