Job summary

Isla Health is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own how we structure, manage and use data across Isla. This remote-first role spans data engineering and analytics, building the foundations, pipelines and models to support product, delivery and healthcare clients.

You’ll work with BigQuery, GCP and Python, own data infrastructure, deliver dashboards, enable self-service insights and drive continuous improvement as Isla scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data-focused roles.
• Hands-on with building data pipelines and modelling datasets.
• Experience delivering analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve analytical data infrastructure (BigQuery, cost optimisation).
• Build reliable data pipelines and models with clear definitions and quality controls.
• Deliver analytics and reporting to Product, Delivery and Commercial teams.
• Measure product adoption, clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Enable self-service insights with accessible reporting tools and controlled permissions.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices as Isla grows.
