Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive analytics experience, including 3+ years in an agency/consulting environment.
• Proven leadership with experience growing and inspiring teams.
• Experience presenting insights to senior client stakeholders and executives.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and strong SQL familiarity; Python or R preferred.
• Thought leadership in shaping digital vision and success.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling in client-facing settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the analytics vision in alignment with client goals.
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks and dashboards using BI tools.
• Shape data-driven recommendations across paid media to optimize ROI and costs.
• Present findings clearly to senior client stakeholders.
• Translate data into narratives that drive decision‑making at the highest level.
• Collaborate with Moon Rabbit teams to deliver unified insights.
• Mentor analysts and establish best practices for data integrity and reporting.
• Lead advanced analytics projects including attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and experimentation.
• Oversee A/B and multivariate testing to inform campaign optimization.
• Stay ahead of analytics trends to keep Moon Rabbit at the forefront.
