Job summary

Horizon Media, a leader in data-driven marketing solutions, seeks a Director to elevate our Advanced Analytics offerings within Horizon Next. You will lead a growing analytics team, develop state-of-the-art models, and drive client-facing insights for our fast-changing client base in a hybrid New York setting.

You will work on marketing mix modeling, attribution algorithms, and campaigns analytics, partnering with BI and Data Engineering to automate processes and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mathematical or quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of data & analytical experience in an agency/consulting environment with team management.
• Proficiency in Python, R and SQL; experience with ad tech platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a growing analytics team.
• Develop and elevate analytics methodology and a replicable statistical framework.
• Develop, train and productionalize new models for media optimization.
• Collaborate with clients and account teams to address business challenges and plan solutions.
• Oversee modeling outputs with BI and Data Engineering teams to automate data processes.
• Build marketing mix modeling and attribution analyses to inform media ROI.
• Lead new analytic initiatives and report to the VP of Advanced Analytics.
