Razorfish is seeking a Manager of Data Science & Analytics to lead day-to-day analytics and measurement across client engagements. Translate business questions into analytical plans, manage projects from planning through delivery, and turn data into actionable recommendations that improve customer and business outcomes.

The role combines analytical expertise with marketing acumen and strong project management, with opportunities to guide analysts and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, data science, or related consulting fields.
• Experience managing analytics projects or workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development, measurement planning, performance analysis, testing, and optimization.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics and measurement projects across client engagements.
• Translate business objectives into KPI frameworks, measurement plans, reporting requirements, and learning agendas.
• Lead performance analysis, optimization, experimentation, segmentation, and forecasting activities.
• Define data, tagging, instrumentation, dashboard, and reporting requirements with technical teams.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear insights, recommendations, and client-ready stories.
