Razorfish is seeking a Manager, Data Science & Analytics to lead day-to-day analytics and measurement across client engagements. You will translate business and marketing questions into analytical plans, manage projects from planning through delivery, and turn data into clear recommendations that improve customer and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on analytical expertise with marketing acumen, strong project management, and confident client communication.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related consulting fields.
• Experience managing analytics projects or workstreams from planning to delivery.
• Strong KPI development, measurement planning, performance analysis, testing and optimization.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics and measurement projects for client engagements.
• Translate objectives into KPI frameworks, measurement plans and reporting requirements.
• Lead performance analysis, optimization, experimentation, segmentation, and forecasting.
• Define data, tagging, instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting requirements with technical teams.
• Synthesize findings into clear insights, recommendations, and client-facing stories.
• Serve as day-to-day analytics partner for client and cross-functional teams.
• Coach analysts and review their work for accuracy and relevance.
• Use AI responsibly to improve workflows with human oversight.
