Razorfish, Inc. is seeking a Director of Data Science & Analytics to lead analytics across complex client engagements in the United States.

The role translates business challenges into analytical strategies, guides cross-functional teams, and turns data into actionable recommendations to improve customer and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines marketing analytics expertise with strategic thinking, client leadership, and strong storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders and

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related consulting field.
Experience leading analytics for complex clients or multidisciplinary programs.
Expertise in KPI development, measurement planning, performance analysis, testing, and optimization.
Translate business questions into structured analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of marketing channels, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and digital experiences.
Familiarity with marketing platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc.).
Proven client leadership and executive communication skills.
Experience managing analytics teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead data, measurement, and analytics strategy across client engagements.
Translate objectives into KPI frameworks, analytical plans, and learning agendas.
Guide performance analysis, optimization, experimentation, segmentation, and forecasting.
Define data, tagging, instrumentation, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
Turn complex findings into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Advise senior stakeholders on performance, opportunities, risks, and data limitations.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Media, Creative, and Technology.
Lead, coach, and develop analytics professionals with high quality standards.
Identify opportunities for data and AI to create measurable client value.
Promote responsible AI use with human oversight and data protection.
